Poetry Month, An Appearance, Monday Blog Post

You’ll notice I’ve changed up the format a bit, well, a lot, this month. Enjoy!
April is National Poetry Month. I have been participating in this with another author on her page. Today is April 3rd, so I have 3 days worth of poems (one form per day, every day for all 30 days of the month) that I can share today.
A triplet for day three:
The house across the street is new
So new, the roof is startling blue
Soon a neighbor or a friend, new.
My Tanka for day two.
Time for a meeting
and I must Zoom this morning
with friends and colleagues
to plan an event for all
for learning and networking.
A couplet for the 1st day of April:
The sun is shining and the birds do sing
That does mean that we are now in full Spring
Also, I’m appearing at the local Chamber of Commerce’s Spring Fling on April 9th to sell my books. We’ll be at the Payson Golf Course conference room from 9am to 1pm. Come by and say hello!
